Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents and scanning and attaching documents to the appropriate account.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
  • Processing payments appropriately and in a timely manor.
