Receptionist

We are looking to hire a receptionist with exceptional administrative and customer service skills.

To ensure success, receptionists should be detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment and must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen interest in providing purposeful support to attorneys and paralegals. Top candidates will be familiar with key legal principles and possess incredible accuracy, strong customer service skills and excellent time management.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception
  • Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance
  • Answer, screening, and forwarding telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for both the clients and the attorneys
  • Assisting clients with case documents
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, email, and filing
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing mail by scanning, calendaring and directing to the appropriate attorney
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings, depositions, etc.
  • Assist with ordering and replenishing office supplies
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Systematic knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
  • Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, Microsoft teams, and scheduling software.
