Tuscaloosa Toyota is currently looking for a very energetic, outgoing and personable individual who is excellent at multi-tasking to work as a service cashier / receptionist. If this sounds like you then we want to hear from you!
General Duties:
· Answering and directing incoming calls on a multi-line system. Taking messages when necessary.
Providing cashier and customer service support for the service department.
· Greeting customers and vendors in a friendly and helpful manner.
· Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Requirements:
· Experience preferred by not required.
Conscientious and detail oriented
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· At least one (1) year of receptionist experience.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Word, Excel, internet browsing).
