Are you a natural leader with a passion for organization, sales, and creating a five-star guest experience? H2O Salon & Spa is looking for a dynamic Front Desk Leader to join our luxury team and help drive the heart of our business forward.

As our Front Desk Leader, you will:
Oversee and inspire our front desk team to maintain a professional, polished, and welcoming atmosphere
Help drive retail and service sales by coaching team members and recommending strategies to meet monthly goals
Manage weekly employee schedules to ensure smooth operations and optimal team coverage
Keep employees on task and energized by providing daily guidance and motivation
Assist in inventory management and ordering, keeping our shelves stocked with top luxury brands
Collaborate with management on new initiatives, promotions, and overall business growth
