Our growing company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to work closely with our growing team and provide a positive shopping experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, a passion for customer service and an outgoing and personable attitude. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to customers regarding product selection, company policies and the proper use of related products.

A plus if you have monogramming experience or heat press experience or even the drive the learn how to do these things and willing to learn.

This is not a sit down job, we stand all day long.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandise display.
• Update product inventory.
• Answer customers’ questions about products.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Be knowledgeable about product information.,Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
• Have a working knowledge of retail software.
• Display a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers.
