Front Desk Agent
DoubleTree by Hilton – Fairfield, NJ

DoubleTree by Hilton Fairfield is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
  • Process payments and balance transactions
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
  • Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (OnQ experience a plus)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
