MUST KNOW HOW TO USE OPENTABLE AND TOAST SYSTEMS

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. Your ability to create a positive dining experience will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Aloha POS.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food or beverages.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests’ tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and menus.
• Assist in training new staff members on customer service standards and restaurant procedures.
