• Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or restaurant offerings.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service.
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Support guest needs throughout their visit, addressing concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
