Duties

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service excellence
• Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to ensure high productivity and morale
• Assist with recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing prospective employees and conducting employee orientation sessions
• Manage cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee inventory management activities such as stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory audits to optimize stock levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and store procedures while supervising shift schedules and managing time effectively
• Foster strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service, handling inquiries professionally, and resolving issues promptly
