Duties
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service excellence
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to ensure high productivity and morale
- Assist with recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing prospective employees and conducting employee orientation sessions
- Manage cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee inventory management activities such as stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory audits to optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and store procedures while supervising shift schedules and managing time effectively
- Foster strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service, handling inquiries professionally, and resolving issues promptly
