We are looking for a creative, hard-working Cook seeking a great opportunity. Become part of the team proudly delivering quality food and friendly, attentive service within our unique service-driven atmosphere—an overall experience resulting in many return guest visits!

Responsibilities:

Prepare items for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing, or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and/or marinating.

Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set-up for all dishes.

Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.

Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.

Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assist others in closing the kitchen.

Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.

Brings a positive attitude to their everyday kitchen/restaurant tasks.

Communicate with team members to maintain product on the food line.

Communicates shortage of menu items to the Restaurant Manager immediately.

Stocks work stations according to procedural guidelines in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain appropriate portion and quality control: proper food handling, food safety and sanitation standards to ServeSafe requirements at all times.

Clean, sanitize and keep food areas stocked.

Meet all restaurant and customer service objectives.
