Site Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee parking/carwashing projects and supervise the car washing team. As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

– Project Management

– Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards

– Coordinating with clients.

– Managing site resources, including materials and equipment

– Safety and Compliance

– Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards

– Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards

– Implementing safety protocols and procedures

– Team Management

– Supervising and guiding car washing team.

– Providing training and performance feedback

– Managing site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports

Requirements

– Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision.Freshers can also apply

– Wiling to work Day /Night according to site requirement.

– Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

– Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory
