We are Looking for Social media Coordinator cum Call center agent for our Company
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media activities (stories, posts, and price lists)
- Create and post weekly videos related to fish products and offers
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries (call center support)
- Coordinate with sales team for updated prices and availability
- Maintain professional communication with customers in Arabic
- Support basic marketing and promotions as required
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker (Arabic nationalities preferred)
- Experience in social media handling (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Good communication and customer service skills
