We are Looking for Social media Coordinator cum Call center agent for our Company

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily social media activities (stories, posts, and price lists)
  • Create and post weekly videos related to fish products and offers
  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
  • Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries (call center support)
  • Coordinate with sales team for updated prices and availability
  • Maintain professional communication with customers in Arabic
  • Support basic marketing and promotions as required

Requirements:

  • Arabic speaker (Arabic nationalities preferred)
  • Experience in social media handling (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
