Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Take orders accurately and process payments
  • Prepare and serve food/beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk and workstations
  • Refill stocks and ensure all supplies are readily available
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Assist in opening and closing duties of the kiosk
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
  • Support the team in general operations as needed

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work outdoors in a kiosk environment
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
