We are currently looking for a new Female Admin Receptionist to join our team. Employment: Official, full-time
Front Desk Operations & Customer Service
* Greet and welcome patients and visitors professionally.
* Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
* Handle patient inquiries regarding services, hours, fees, and procedures.
* Address and escalate patient concerns as needed.
* Provide guidance on check ins, payments, and prep for appointments.
Administrative & Organizational Duties
* Ensure compliance with UAE data protection laws and DHA regulations.
* Maintain accurate documentation (registration forms, appointment logs, etc.).
* Use systems (NABIDH, clinic software, etc.) for scheduling, billing, and reporting..
* Assist in preparing administrative paperwork (consent forms, billing records).
* Implement clinic policies, procedures, and updates from management.
* Share suggestions to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience.
