We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage appointments and schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
