We’re Hiring: Guest Relations Executive (Holiday Homes)

Are you a people person who knows the ins and outs of the holiday homes industry? Do you love delivering top-notch service and solving problems on the fly? If yes, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests during check-in and assist with check-out
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and back-office teams
• Conduct property inspections before and after stays
• Assist with upselling services and experiences
• Ensure guests have a smooth and memorable stay

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Relations Executive in holiday homes (required)
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Hostaway, Guesty, etc. (required)
• UAE Driving License (required)
• Having your own car is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends/evenings if required)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods is a bonus!
