We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a reputed media company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in digital marketing within the UAE market and the ability to manage performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Track and improve key performance indicators such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Develop and manage campaign strategies, audience targeting, creatives, and funnels
  • Oversee SEO, content strategy, and website optimization (CRO)
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE
  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, tracking, pixels, GA4, and UTM parameters
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets
  • Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills
