As the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business success by ensuring smooth operations, effective team coordination, and high standards in customer service and product presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Operations:
– Oversee the daily operations of the furniture showroom, ensuring it is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
– Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
Team Management
– Manage a team of showroom sales associates, warehouse staff, and support employees.
– Create and manage staff work schedules, including shift allocations, time-off requests, and ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
– Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff members.
Sales & Customer Experience
– Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
– Handle high-level customer interactions and resolve escalated complaints or service issues professionally.
– Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to implement in-store promotions and events.
Warehouse Coordination
– Oversee coordination between the showroom and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods and restocking of showroom items.
– Monitor stock movements, incoming shipments, and product installations.
Administrative & Reporting
– Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
– Ensure all transactions, records, and processes comply with company policies.
– Manage budgets and expenses related to the showroom.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar retail management role (preferably in the furniture or interior design industry).
– Strong leadership and people management skills.
– Strong sense of business ,Result-oriented
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service practices.
– Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
– Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in managing both showroom and Sales operations.
– Knowledge of interior design trends and furniture industry practices.
– Language: English. (Arabic is a plus)
