KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF FRONT DESK:

  • Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude!
  • Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone, in person, via text and email
  • Manage all transactions, scheduling and paperwork
  • Manage all customer check-in/check-out (daycare, boarding, spa)
  • Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk, as well as general ambiance of entire daycare
  • Be knowledgeable on all services and pricing; share information about our daycare enrollment with Pet Parents
  • Create and maintain digital customer files daily
  • Be trained and available to help with dog-focused duties elsewhere in the daycare
  • Establish Dogtopia as the gold standard in striving for the highest possible customer satisfaction ratings with every single interaction
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Knowing and caring for all dogs as if they were a part of your family
