Position Summary

The Plumber Helper supports the installation of medical gas pipeline systems in hospitals and healthcare facilities. This is a hands-on, full-time role that involves extensive travel, physical work, and learning a specialized plumbing trade within the medical field. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and flexible with scheduling.

Pay & Schedule

• $15.00 per hour ( Depending on Experience) paid weekly
• Full-time, non-exempt (overtime eligible)
• Typical schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some nights and weekends as required
• Overtime available
• Approximately 95% travel

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers and lead installers with medical gas pipeline installations (oxygen, medical air, vacuum, etc.)
• Load, unload, and transport tools, piping, and materials
• Set up and break down job sites daily
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Follow instructions, drawings, and job-site procedures
• Work professionally inside active healthcare facilities
• Follow OSHA, NFPA 99, and company safety policies
