Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and complete all government and private transactions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of company representatives (mandoubs).
  • Oversee employees, monitor attendance, and organize work schedules.
  • Manage and archive official documents and files in an organized manner.
  • Prepare and follow up on administrative reports and submit them to management.
  • Coordinate with government and private entities to complete various requirements.
  • Communicate directly with clients and follow up on their requests to ensure service quality.
  • Ensure administrative operations run efficiently and in compliance with internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilitating and completing government transactions.
  • Experience in organizing companies and mandoubs.
  • Strong ability to attract and finalize transactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative coordination and follow-up.
  • Ability to supervise employees and organize work schedules.
  • Applicants must be of Arab nationality.
