Revenue Controller

Job Description

As our new Revenue Controller, you’ll work closely with our Finance and CCM Team, our Sales team and a variety of other stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be …

  • Representing Doka’s commercial interests at any given time
  • Establishing stable relationships with all our clients
  • Developing a good understanding of our clients commercial processes
  • Independently arranging meetings & appointments with our clients and other stakeholders
  • Daily reporting of priorities to management and coordination with our Finance & Sales team
  • Submitting invoices and clarifying all related matters including L/C business and related paperwork
  • Following-up on payments on a daily basis in an effort to ensure delays in payment are avoided
  • Ensuring settlements are finalized at the earliest possible time
  • Collecting payments
  • Updating all involved stakeholders on current developments
  • Escalating issues beyond your area of influence to Management/our Sales team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably Formwork Industry
  • Good understanding of commercial processes within the construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration are a must, Master’s Degree and/or Accounting Credentials are a plus
  • Confident, self-driven individual with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Well-developed numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Hardworking, diligent & reliable individual
  • UAE Driving License
