Event Planning & Coordination
Plan, organize, and oversee all banquet events including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions
Coordinate with sales & marketing, kitchen, and maintenance teams to ensure event requirements are met
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations
Operations & Service Management
Ensure proper setup of banquet halls as per event order (BEO)
Supervise food and beverage service during events
Maintain service quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues immediately
Staff Management
Schedule, supervise, and train banquet staff
Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and attendance
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance during events
Financial & Inventory Control
Control banquet costs and ensure operations remain within budget
Monitor inventory, equipment usage, and breakage
Ensure accurate billing and event documentation
Client Relations
Act as the main point of contact for clients during events
Ensure all client requests are fulfilled according to agreement
Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
Enforce local regulations and workplace safety standards
