Full job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handling emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external parties
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred
