Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, organize, and index documents (both electronic and physical).
- Maintain document version control so the latest approved versions are available.
- File, archive, and retrieve documents as required.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards (e.g., naming conventions, retention rules).
- Familiar with Systems.
- Produce reports, registers, and summaries of documentation activities.
- Support quality assurance, audits, and project control functions by maintaining accurate documentation processes.
