Job Description


Do you like to support a global sales team whilst learning about international trade and logistics? As a Sales Support at B&S, you always think two steps ahead, and you enjoy working in a structured manner. You enable your sales colleagues to perform even better, because you run the operational processes that well. Does that sound like you?

Reach your full potential as a Sales Support admin

  • Assist Account Executives, Sales Executives and Sales Managers with daily activities
  • Master the B&S ERP system and attend regular training / refresher sessions
  • Make sales / purchase orders in our internal system then process the order
  • Answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails from clients
  • Maintain and update supplier / customer records
  • Prepare logistics related documents I.e. invoices, packing lists, shipping documents
  • Ensure all correct documentation is maintained in the system for customers
  • Liaise with other departments on administrative matters
  • Keep track of the orders from submission to delivery
