Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent service in our restaurant and entertainment area. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience, manage tables efficiently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take accurate orders, address customer requests, and promote daily specials.
• Manage tables across the dining area, bowling lanes, and arcade efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and lanes.
• Assist with birthdays, corporate events, and other special functions.
• Handle cash transactions and communicate effectively with the kitchen and team.
• Provide basic guidance for bowling inquiries and customer assistance.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and UAE law requirements.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant/hospitality experience in UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediately available.
