Richmond Express Courier Service and Warehousing is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Dispatch Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Dispatch Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently, service standards are met, and teams are supported and held accountable. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys leading and motivating a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor orders to ensure delivery times and service standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with team members to provide service aligned with Richmond Express standards
• Apply critical thinking skills to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational flow
• Strategize and implement daily methods to ensure team preparedness and performance
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Manage and lead dispatch team members
• Prepare and maintain department schedules
• Communicate expectations clearly and hold team members accountable
• Work closely with department leaders to meet companywide needs
• Provide insight, coaching, and feedback to ensure driver expectations are met
