Job Description:

This position provides leadership and oversight for all graduate student assistantship appointments within the College, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficient processing through direct action or staff supervision. It serves as the College’s subject matter expert for undergraduate student employment, executing assigned appointments while guiding departments and building a framework for potential future centralization. The role also supervises staff, fosters partnerships with campus offices, ensures adherence to institutional, state, and federal regulations, and supports the College’s broader HR and student employment operations.
