We are currently looking to fill a Talent Acquisition Specialist position at L2T!

Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support organizational growth. This position combines strategic sourcing, candidate relationship‑building, and consultative partnership with business leaders. The Specialist develops and executes innovative sourcing strategies, builds strong pipelines—especially among passive talent—and delivers a high‑quality candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer. Success in this role requires agility, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a passion for matching the right talent to the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using digital platforms, networking, market research, and professional communities. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for active and passive candidates, focusing on hard‑to‑fill and high‑impact roles.

Candidate Assessment & Experience
Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit. Present high‑quality candidate slates to hiring managers and advise on selection decisions. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and transparency.

Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership
Partner closely with Human Resources leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent needs. Provide market insights, sourcing recommendations, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process. Partner with Office Manager and Director, Human Resources to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and seek feedback to ensure successful integration into the organization.
