Position Overview

This is a skilled position requiring the employee to perform a variety of office support functions.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

  • Ensure employee driven safety culture is in place and effective.
  • Various administrative duties such as: filing, copying, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred: Word, Excel, etc.
  • Order supplies for individual departments and maintain purchase requirements.
  • Produce and maintain various reports and distributes as needed.
  • Assist with collection of production data and distribute as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned per supervisor.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma / equivalent required.
  • Experience and knowledge in Microsoft office, technology and internet preferred.

  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • High ethical standards
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Adaptability – Adapts to changes in the work environment; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
