Position Overview
This is a skilled position requiring the employee to perform a variety of office support functions.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Ensure employee driven safety culture is in place and effective.
- Various administrative duties such as: filing, copying, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred: Word, Excel, etc.
- Order supplies for individual departments and maintain purchase requirements.
- Produce and maintain various reports and distributes as needed.
- Assist with collection of production data and distribute as needed.
- Other duties as assigned per supervisor.
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma / equivalent required.
- Experience and knowledge in Microsoft office, technology and internet preferred.
Knowledge / Skill Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Ability to work effectively with others
- High ethical standards
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
- Adaptability – Adapts to changes in the work environment; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
