This job is in the Delivery family (Department), which includes positions the duties of which are to administer, supervise, or perform work involving the planning, directing, or operating of transportation equipment and service, including positions involving responsibility for driving, loading, and coordinating delivery.

This position provides corporate-level administrative support for transportation, safety, and compliance operations across multiple locations. Acts as a liaison between drivers, dispatchers, safety, HR, and management to ensure regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and efficient daily operations.

Supports DOT compliance, driver onboarding and records management, fleet tracking systems, safety inspections, and internal reporting while assisting with process improvement initiatives and system implementations.   • Serves as a primary point of contact for transportation compliance questions across multiple locations.
  • Identifies and resolves data discrepancies in fleet, driver, and compliance systems to prevent reporting errors and compliance gaps.
  • Builds and maintains standardized templates, trackers, and workflows to improve consistency across locations.
  • Supports system implementations, audits, and rollouts related to transportation, safety, and compliance platforms.
  • Provides guidance and informal training to managers & dispatchers, on inspections, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Supports corporate transportation, safety, and compliance operations across multiple locations.
  • Assists with DOT compliance documentation, including driver qualification (DQ) files, MVRs, medical certifications, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Coordinates with HR, dispatch, and branch management to resolve driver and fleet compliance issues.
  • Monitors, audits, and maintains data within transportation systems (telematics, routing, inspections, tolling, and safety platforms).
  • Creates, updates, and maintains inspection templates, reports, trackers, and training documentation.
  • Assists with incident reporting, damage tracking, and follow-up action items to completion.
  • Provides administrative, reporting, and data support to transportation leadership.
  • Supports process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across locations.
  • Responsible for adhering to safety processes and protocols.
