PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and field phone calls via HR One Stop
  • Organize and name order badges
  • Look up and update employee information utilizing computer programs and systems
  • Scan documents into HRIS Workday in employee profiles
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents such as Excel spreadsheets.
  • Sort and distribute office mail
  • Send out FedEx, UPS and USPS mailing packages and letters
  • Package anniversary awards and send to managers and remote employees
  • Package and mail out badges and new hire welcome kits
  • Initial contact for verification of employment
  • Verify all anniversary and excellence awards
  • Maintain update company records in a safe and confidential manner
  • Organize and file I-9’s
  • Systemize termed employee files and aged completed Work Comp files
  • HRIS (Workday) Navigation and Fresh Service ticket navigation
  • Processing Subpoena requests
  • Complete special projects as assigned within the timeframe allotted
  • Provide verifications of employment via HR One Stop and all other avenues
  • Relocation Transactional support in Workday
  • Front desk Coverage for Corp 2
  • Additional tasks as needed to support team
  • All tasks must be performed on site at our Corp 1 location- NO remote work available

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: .

  • High School diploma
  • Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required.
