Position Summary

The Instructional Services Coordinator provides support to the assigned instructional division under the applicable Instructional Dean. Responsibilities include oversight of curriculum modules in Banner; oversight of degree plans in Degree Works; oversight of Instructional Services Help Desk ticketing system; collaboration with the Director and Dean to analyze and enter semester class schedules The Instructional Services Coordinator also works with Division Chairpersons and instructors, as well as other Instructional Deans and Directors.

Appropriate placement on the Alabama Community College System salary schedule C3-2. (Five years of recent relevant full-time experience).
