Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Welcoming guests and taking food & beverage orders
• Providing menu recommendations and answering questions with confidence and clarity
• Serving dishes and drinks promptly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality
• Handling guest requests or concerns smoothly and effectively
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the dining area and service stations
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

What we need from you:

• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
• Previous experience in a similar restaurant or hotel service role is preferred
• A friendly, warm, and professional approach to guest service
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Strong time management and reliability
• A genuine interest in people and creating memorable dining experiences
