The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
- Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent
- Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent
- Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous in-house recruitment experience within the construction or consultancy sectors
- Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations
- Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
