Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in trading platforms or gold investment, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for helping clients make smart investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and represent our gold investment platform to potential and existing clients.
• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Educate clients on product features and the benefits of investing in gold.
• Provide responsive support via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support the team’s overall KPIs.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through platform features.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (client base includes a large female demographic segment).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in trading platforms, gold investment, or financial services.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English (Arabic is essential for this role).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and confident communication style.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
