Role Purpose
We are looking for dynamic managers to fill our General Manager positions for doe single site (flagship branches) and General Managers with Multi Site experience. The General Manager is accountable for the full operational, commercial, and people performance of a single venue. The GM is responsible for delivering the brand experience to standard, achieving financial targets, and leading the site team in line with group SOPs and governance.
This role is the business owner at site level, operating within the frameworks set by the Head of Operations and the wider group.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the venue
- Act as the brand ambassador on site
- Ensure consistent service delivery and guest experience
- Take full ownership of site performance and reputation
Site Opening & Launch (Where Applicable)
- Execute the on-site elements of new venue openings
- Recruit, train, and mobilise the site team
- Deliver brand and operational training programmes
- Support soft openings and post-opening stabilisation
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and H&S standards
- Maintain strong discipline across service, cleanliness, and compliance
- Manage inventory, stock control, ordering, and wastage
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Commercial & Financial Performance
- Own the site P&L and deliver revenue and profit targets
- Manage labour, productivity, and controllable costs
- Execute menus, pricing, and promotions as approved
- Drive upselling, spend per head, and guest retention
People Management
- Recruit, lead, and develop FOH and BOH teams
- Build a strong leadership layer within the venue
- Manage performance, attendance, and team engagement
- Foster a positive, accountable, and brand-aligned culture
