Job Scope:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position will be the first point of contact to visitors, customers and vendors in person to the facility. This position is in place to assist technicians and managers in completing daily administrative tasks. The position will be located in Willis Texas.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Process expense reports for technicians
  • Timecard review and management
  • Direct visitors and vendors to sign in, contractor onsite requirements
  • Payments for boiler inspections
  • Assist technicians in training systems like Houston Area Safety council and Cornerstone
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Answer phone and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Contact vendors and or building management to make repairs or report concerns.
  • Company events
  • Support overall building needs
  • Community service
  • Attend meetings, show presentation for presenter, and take notes
  • Initial file prep for all new projects in Initial Impressions
  • File management both electronic and paper
