An energetic, confident, and customer-oriented individual with a passion for learning and helping clients. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our gold investment app and engage with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and explain product features clearly and simply.
• Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Provide support via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them to use the app effectively.

Requirements:

• Open to all applicants (female candidates preferred).
• Native Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Professional appearance and confident attitude.
• Passion for sales, customer service, and quick learning.
• Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• Experience is a plus but not required (we will train you).
