Job Description:
We are seeking a well-presented and courteous Housekeeping & Patient Hospitality Assistant to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, organized environment and provide excellent hospitality services to our patients, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic, including waiting areas, treatment rooms, and staff areas
- Prepare and organize patient areas before and after use
- Welcome patients and attend to their comfort needs
- Serve drinks (water, tea, coffee, etc.) to patients and visitors
- Maintain high hospitality and service standards
- Support general housekeeping tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience (mandatory)
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in a medical or dental clinic is an advantage
