Job Description:

We are seeking a well-presented and courteous Housekeeping & Patient Hospitality Assistant to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, organized environment and provide excellent hospitality services to our patients, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic, including waiting areas, treatment rooms, and staff areas
• Prepare and organize patient areas before and after use
• Welcome patients and attend to their comfort needs
• Serve drinks (water, tea, coffee, etc.) to patients and visitors
• Maintain high hospitality and service standards
• Support general housekeeping tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience (mandatory)
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in a medical or dental clinic is an advantage
