We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer to join our auto garage team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in sourcing automotive spare parts and strong knowledge of the UAE spare parts market, particularly Dubai and Sharjah, including used parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase automotive spare parts (OEM, aftermarket, and used parts) at the best price and quality.
• Deal directly with spare parts suppliers in Dubai and Sharjah.
• Research, compare prices, and ensure correct parts selection.
• Ensure timely availability of parts to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Verify parts compatibility using VIN, model, and production year.
• Coordinate closely with workshop technicians and service advisors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive spare parts purchasing within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and Sharjah spare parts markets.
• Experience in sourcing used parts (scrap / Sharjah industrial area).
• Ability to distinguish between OEM, genuine, and aftermarket parts.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Arabic fluency is required; English proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
