This position is only applicable to candidates residing in UAE.

Job Description:

  • Answer telephone calls
  • Greet and assist all visitors
  • File management/document filing
  • Preparation of reports
  • Monitoring and ordering of office and pantry supplies
  • Handle utility bills of the company
  • Ensure cleanliness of the office
  • Administration of driver/s and assignment of vehicles
  • Administration of services and maintenance of company vehicles
  • Contracts/certification review and renewal
  • Handle other administrative duties, as well as overflow work from other staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable academic institution
  • Proven 3+ years of Administrative Receptionist experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application especially in Excel
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills and attention to details
  • Can work well under pressure and display good organizational skills
  • Excellent in oral and written communication
