Full job description
We are an FMCG distribution company looking for a detail-oriented candidate to handle invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and enter sales invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes
- Maintain accounts receivable & payable records
- Update customer payments and outstanding balances
- Ensure VAT-compliant invoicing
- Maintain organized records and support basic reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Commerce or Accounting
- 1–3 years experience in invoicing or junior accounting (trading/FMCG preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE VAT
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
