We are an FMCG distribution company looking for a detail-oriented candidate to handle invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and enter sales invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes
  • Maintain accounts receivable & payable records
  • Update customer payments and outstanding balances
  • Ensure VAT-compliant invoicing
  • Maintain organized records and support basic reports

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Commerce or Accounting
  • 1–3 years experience in invoicing or junior accounting (trading/FMCG preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
