Full job description

As a Mortgage Coordinator, you’re essential for making sure the mortgage process runs smoothly. You’ll need to be super organized, pay close attention to details, and manage lots of tasks at once. Your main job is to keep everyone involved in the mortgage application – like Clients, Client Relationship Officers or/and Manager – in the loop and make sure everything gets done on time and correctly.

Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Efficiently managing form filling procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing strategic calling data to enhance outreach efforts and maximize lead generation.
  • Collaborating closely with staff and the Manager to align efforts, share insights, and optimize workflow.
  • Ensuring timely and effective communication to foster a cohesive and productive team environment.
  • Contributing proactively to the overall success of the mortgage coordination process.
  • Adapting to the fast-paced nature of the role, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks.
