Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
- Assist with opening and closing the office
- Manage office supplies and pantry stock; inform admin when replenishment is required
- Support office staff with day-to-day tasks as assigned
- Handle internal errands and assist with minor office maintenance needs
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of office etiquette
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit and punctual
- Basic communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
