Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases.
- Present automotive services, offers, and vehicle options in a confident and professional manner.
- Understand client needs and offer relevant vehicle or service solutions.
- Book test drives, service appointments, or showroom visits.
- Maintain accurate logs of conversations, outcomes, and preferences in the CRM.
Performance & Reporting
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead conversion, and bookings.
- Record all activities in the CRM platform.
- Provide feedback on script performance and lead engagement effectiveness.
Collaboration & Development
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for quality lead handling.
- Attend product and sales training sessions regularly.
- Stay informed about vehicle arrivals, promotions, and service packages
