Full job description
- Assisting the HK Manager/ Supervisor and make sure the Management Policies are followed.
- Supervising and training housekeeping staff, including scheduling tasks and assigning duties
- Ensuring all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards
- Conducting quality control checks to make sure work meets established cleaning protocols
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering for restocking
- Responding to customer complaints along with the HK Manager
- Addressing maintenance issues and reporting them to the maintenance department
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff
Qualifications:
- Ready to Join at the Earliest.
- Proven Experience as Team Leader in UAE / Home Country
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or hospitality management is a plus.
