Full job description

  • Assisting the HK Manager/ Supervisor and make sure the Management Policies are followed.
  • Supervising and training housekeeping staff, including scheduling tasks and assigning duties
  • Ensuring all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards
  • Conducting quality control checks to make sure work meets established cleaning protocols
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering for restocking
  • Responding to customer complaints along with the HK Manager
  • Addressing maintenance issues and reporting them to the maintenance department
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards
  • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff

Qualifications:

  • Ready to Join at the Earliest.
  • Proven Experience as Team Leader in UAE / Home Country
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or hospitality management is a plus.
