The Role
We are looking for a Videographer & Editor to sit at the heart of our growth engine.
Your fingerprints will be all over the outward-facing work of the company – brand, trust, and paid conversion. This is a role for someone who wants to drive direction, not just execute tasks.
You’ll work across two very different types of video, both equally important:
Part 1: High-Level Trust & Brand Building
Slower, polished, long-form work designed to build belief and authority.
Examples:
- Behind-the-scenes micro documentaries
- “Why invest in England” and UK market education
- About-us and staff-focused content (including limited home / family context)
- Netflix-style product and launch videos
This work must:
- Build trust
- Feel premium and considered
- Make people want to stay close to the brand
Part 2: Paid Ads & Immediate Conversion
Fast, performance-driven work where results matter.
Examples:
- 60–90 second paid ads
- Heavy focus on hooks, proof, and outcomes
- Clear CTAs and conversion intent
- Content built to run on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
This work must:
- Hook attention early
- Drive click-through and booked meetings
- Be batch-produced efficiently
- Improve with performance feedback
