The Role

We are looking for a Videographer & Editor to sit at the heart of our growth engine.

Your fingerprints will be all over the outward-facing work of the company – brand, trust, and paid conversion. This is a role for someone who wants to drive direction, not just execute tasks.

You’ll work across two very different types of video, both equally important:

Part 1: High-Level Trust & Brand Building

Slower, polished, long-form work designed to build belief and authority.

Examples:

  • Behind-the-scenes micro documentaries
  • “Why invest in England” and UK market education
  • About-us and staff-focused content (including limited home / family context)
  • Netflix-style product and launch videos

This work must:

  • Build trust
  • Feel premium and considered
  • Make people want to stay close to the brand

Part 2: Paid Ads & Immediate Conversion

Fast, performance-driven work where results matter.

Examples:

  • 60–90 second paid ads
  • Heavy focus on hooks, proof, and outcomes
  • Clear CTAs and conversion intent
  • Content built to run on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok

This work must:

  • Hook attention early
  • Drive click-through and booked meetings
  • Be batch-produced efficiently
  • Improve with performance feedback
