Job Summary

The Customer Service Executive – Export Sales will support international sales operations by managing customer orders, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring timely communication with global clients and internal departments. The role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and smooth export order execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and communication with international customers and distributors.
  • Process export orders and coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare export documentation including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
  • Support export sales team with quotations, order confirmations, and order follow-ups.
  • Address customer complaints, shipment delays, or order discrepancies professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer communications, and shipment details.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, company policies, and international trade requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers
